Thank you for agreeing to supervise a National University credential candidate and for your contribution to shaping the next generation of educators.

In order to issue a stipend for your support provided, we need to have a W-9, Honorarium & additional supporting documents (if applicable) on file.  Payment will be provided 4-6 weeks post-course end date, as long as the requested documents are submitted successfully via Adobe Sign.
